    • Principle of operation

      It is used to separate the cheese taken after brining and resting so that the cheese can be separated into strands and form chechil cheese. The filling method is manual and the product is squeezed with an over and under conveyor, separating the dough with a thickness of 8mm to 20 mm by wire wire, allowing it to take the form of chechil.
